NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Signature Winter Container Garden Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Signature Container Gardens(“Sponsor”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins October 10, 2026 and ends October 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and
- Have an eligible installation address located in Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake, or North Ridgeville, Ohio.
Employees, contractors, or individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by completing and submitting the official Signature Winter Container Garden Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase or payment is required to enter.
Limit one entry per person.
Following Signature Container Gardens on Facebook or Instagram, liking or sharing a post, tagging another person, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise engaging with Signature Container Gardens on social media is not required to enter or win.
Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive:
One Signature Winter Container Garden, custom designed and professionally installed by Signature Container Gardens, for one existing customer-owned container with a top opening measuring no more than 20 inches.
The winner may select from the available Signature Winter collections:
- Classic Holiday
- Rustic Lodge
- Winter Elegance
The prize includes the winter greens and decorative materials used in the design, reasonable soil preparation if necessary, design services, and professional installation.
The approximate retail value of the prize is up to $180.
The winner is not required to purchase any additional product or service in order to receive the prize.
If the winner has additional containers they would like decorated, additional Signature Container Gardens services may be purchased separately at the winner’s option and at then-current pricing.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Signature Container Gardens reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality, character, and value when necessary due to seasonal availability.
6. Installation
The prize must be installed at an eligible property located in Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake, or North Ridgeville, Ohio.
Installation will be scheduled by mutual agreement during Signature Container Gardens’ Winter 2026 installation period and is subject to weather, material availability, property access, and other reasonable scheduling considerations.
The customer-owned container must be reasonably suitable for the intended installation and have adequate drainage.
Signature Container Gardens’ use of a customer-owned container does not constitute a representation or guarantee that the container is suitable for winter outdoor use or resistant to freezing, cracking, deterioration, or other weather-related damage.
7. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The random drawing is expected to occur on or about October 26, 2026.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification and may be required to confirm eligibility and the eligible installation location.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random.
The winner will not be publicly announced until eligibility and acceptance of the prize have been confirmed.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, Signature Container Gardens may identify the confirmed winner by first name and city in connection with announcing the Giveaway winner.
Any use of photographs of the winner, the winner’s home, or other personally identifying information beyond the winner’s first name and city will be subject to appropriate permission.
10. General Conditions
Signature Container Gardens reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or other conditions compromise the fairness or proper administration of the Giveaway.
Signature Container Gardens’ decisions concerning eligibility, administration of the Giveaway, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by law.
By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
11. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Signature Container Gardens Privacy Policy, available separately on the Signature Container Gardens website.
Entry into the Giveaway does not require an entrant to consent to ongoing marketing communications.
Entrants may separately choose whether they would like to receive information regarding Signature Container Gardens products and services.
12. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.
